Welcome to Terra on a hill! By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservations and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email and full payment as required by the reservation terms.
- Deposit Policy: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be outlined during the reservation process.
- Payment: All payments must be made in full before check-in, unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- We have a strict NO CANCELLATION policy. Please note and consider before booking.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount may be charged.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Certain rates or promotions may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 1 PM (Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).
- Check-Out Time: 11 AM (Late check-out may be requested in advance, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees).
- ID Requirements: A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in for verification and any incidental charges.
4. Guest Conduct and Responsibility
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay and will be charged for repairs or replacements.
- Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal, with no refund issued.
- Smoking Policy: Terra is a non-smoking property. Guests are welcome to smoke in their balconies and in designated smoking areas. Smoking or littering in designated non-smoking areas may result in a fine.
- Pets: Our pet policy will be outlined at the time of booking. Any violation of pet policies may result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Use of Resort Facilities
- Facilities: Access to resort facilities is limited to registered guests only. External guests may only access facilities with prior approval and may incur a fee.
- Liability: Terra is not liable for injuries sustained while using resort facilities. Guests are encouraged to take necessary precautions and follow all posted rules.
- Loss or Damage of Property: The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend that valuables be secured in the in-room safe.
6. Special Events and Group Bookings
- Event Bookings: Special terms and conditions may apply for group bookings, weddings, and events. Please refer to the contract provided for these specific bookings.
- Event Modifications: Any changes to event bookings must be made in writing and are subject to approval and availability.
7. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: By booking a stay with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of processing your reservation and providing services during your stay.
- Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
- Terra is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an alternative solution or reschedule your stay.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Terra reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.
