We follow a curated fixed menu, planned fresh each day based on what the garden yields, what’s locally available, the weather, and the number of guests staying with us. This allows us to cook fresh in small batches, reduce food waste, and maintain calm, intentional kitchens.

Just warm food, cooked with care, served with quiet generosity. Some days you eat what the garden gives us. Some days what the season decides.
